For those of you who come here from my other blog, In-Between Points, welcome. This is my new home. I’ve been blogging here since July 2007.

This blog used to be my experimental blog where I learn about commercial blogging but will now be merged with In-Between Points, my nearly four-year-old blog on Blogspot (left).

This blog will no longer be dedicated to commercial blogging although I will still be writing and blogging about it.

Done experimenting

There’s a reason why this is no longer a commercial blog, chief of which is that I’ve done experimenting. This blog has achieved most of what I’ve set out to achieve, that is, to learn about make money blogging.

I’ve learned a lot during the 10 months I’ve been blogging here to realise that the concept of this blog is not the type of niche that makes for a successful commercial blogging. This is just not the type of blog that can make me a decent income.

I think I know now what it should have been and I’m gonna pursue it very carefully this time around.

So, have I earned any money?

Yes and no. Yes, some, enough to cover my broadband Internet cost and pay the domain names and the host of my several blogs. And no, if real money is what money is all about.

In short, yeah, I did earn some money during the process, but I guess it’s time to move on and turn this blog into a personal blog where I shall be blogging about many things, including of course, the subject this blog originally intended to.

With the decision to turn this blog into a personal blog, I shall no longer be posting in In-Between Points. It’s Jaxon’s Review from now on.
