This blog will lie low on paid reviews for now. Though paid reviews have brought about some monthly income, there’s a heavy price to pay because of that, one of which is the drop in the pagerank.
This blog is used to be a PR2, which is not impressive but it’s even less impressive now that it’s back to pagerank zero. I suspected that this was due to the paid reviews, which Google frowns upon.
Paid reviews also turn away visitors. I guess they are just being like me — I normally navigate away from blogs that has too many paid reviews on its main page. But all the paid reviews I’ve written here will remain where they are. I’ve committed myself to those reviews and been paid for that. So I’ve got to keep my end of the bargain.
I’ve got big plans for this blog and it has nothing to do with making money. What I want to do is to create content. Just content. Some ads will remain however, even if they don’t bring about any income. It will be there just for decoration.
Among the plan I have in mind, is to turn this blog into a personal blog, taking over from similar blog over at Blogspot. I guess it’s time that I blog full time on self-hosted blog.
Within this week I’m gonna relaunch this blog, using the same brand as my personal Blogspot blog. Perhaps.
