The latest PR crackdown saw many sites nose-diving by as much as two rungs which got many bloggers in jitter.
But hey, look at it this way: Google’s own PR had also gone down from PR8 to PR7.
And there were also many bloggers who saw an increase of PR on their sites, like going from PR3 to PR4. One of my sites gained a rank from zero previously.
So, Google ain’t cruel, ain’t it?

Ha ha..I’ve been observing the PR downfall from your perspective too .. mainly from a PR 0 website.
So it’s easy for us to say Google ain’t cruel. Imagine how it feels when you have a PR5 blog drop to PR2.
I’m just thinking when will this blog ever get its first rank. Anyhow, a slash in PR is painful. One of my sites had its PR demoted from PR3 to PR2.
